Screenplay, adapted by the author from a play called HAVING A LIFE, which won the Massachusetts Playwrighting Fellowship, chosen for a workshop by the Mid-Western Playwrights Center, Minneapolis, and was produced at the People's Theatre, Cambridge, directed by David Moore.

THe screenplay was optioned, but the filmmakers decided to produced MARY REILLY
instead. (!)
